In the Azure portal, we can change the language and regional setting based on your preference. With the languages and regional settings, Azure portal displays data in regional date formats, number formats and currencies.
Login to portal.azure.com > Click on Portal Settings > from left menu, Select language + region > Choose your language and regional format > click on Apply button > change of your selection is applied on Azure Portal.

In this case, we selected Indonesia and clicked on Apply button. With this change, we can see Azure portal shows in Indonesia language.
