If you are facing any issues after installing visual studio updates then you no need to uninstall full visual studio software. You can uninstall specific visual studio update from your computer using below method.
Open > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Right side you can see View installed Updates.
Click on installed Updates link, it opens Installed Updates window and search for installed updates E.g: "visual studio"
Check for particular update and click on "Uninstall a Program".
