Introduction
Azure portal settings provides an option to “Enable pop-up notifications” which allows notifications to appear on the top right corner of the screen on the Azure portal. The notifications includes billing related information, azure resource deployment status or events from activity logs.
Where to find the setting
The setting is available from Azure Portal > Settings Gear Symbol > General > Enable pop-up notifications checkbox.

By default it is checked, and notification comes like below

If we deselect “Enable pop-up notifications checkbox”, we will not receive any notifications on Azure Portal.
