Introduction
Azure Portal settings provides “Select between viewing the portal menu as a flyout or docked mode”.
- Flyout - With this, by default Portal left menu will be in hidden mode and once you click on 3 horizontal lines icon on top left corner, Portal menu overlays on the content. This option will be helpful when you are on small resolution.
- Docked - This option shows the left menu by pushing your content to right. Click on the hide(2 left arrows icon) button to minimize the menu but still portal menu icons are displayed for quick navigation. This option will be helpful when you are on large resolution.
The setting is available from Azure Portal > Settings Gear Symbol > General > "Choose your default mode for the portal menu" > Select either Flyout or Docked.
