Azure Support REST API’s are now generally available. Now we can create and manage support tickets programmatically from our applications.

With the Azure Support REST API’s, you can
  • Create support tickets related to technical, subscription management and service limits
  • Get list of all your support tickets
  • Full details about your support ticket
  • Filter the support tickets by status or created date
  • Add new communication operations to support tickets

API Availability

API’s are available with Professional Direct, Premier, or Unified technical support plans.

API Links

All API's uses Azure Active Directory OAuth2 Implicit Flow for security.
